If for some reason you cannot mow during the week you signed up for, it is your responsibility to swap with
someone or pay to have the field mowed.
A motion was passed at the June 2006 club meeting that anyone who does not
get the field mowed during the week they signed up to mow will not have the option to sign up on the mowing schedule the following
year. The person will have to pay the maintenance fee the next year. So if you don't mow the week you signed up to mow
or, get someone else to mow in your place or, pay to have the field mowed that week, your membership will be acessed
the maintenance fee to rejoin the club the following year.
Mowing the field means mowing everything, including the North/South runway, East/West runway, parking lot,
along fence lines, under and around pavilions and utility/mower covers. This motion was passed on June 17, 2006 and is now
in effect.
Melvin Martin has volunteered to mow the field for $100 per mowing. If you can't mow during the week you
signed up for contact Melvin to find out if he is available to mow that week. (email: chiefmartin@charter.net, phone 731-825-6178)
You will have to pay him $100 for the mowing. If Melvin is not available contact Gene Rushing or Tony Conaway.
